A customer approached us with a request to create a seal cap for his product, as many seal companies were unable to assist him. Mike, one of our veteran specialists, analyzed the sample cap and developed a CNC program to replicate it accurately. Impressively, he designed and built attachments to hold and plug the cap onto the spindle, ensuring the CNC machine could precisely create the top side of the cap after the bottom cut.
